Working 50+ hours/7 days a week, she realized this was not the life she wanted. She loved the work she did but it wasn’t worth sacrificing family time. Right before Erica had her first baby in spring 2020, she found working online was the best opportunity life could hand her. She now has a two baby girls who she gets to stay home with every day, working online while watching her daughters grow. She now has doubled her monthly income as an educator, while working part-time hours and living as a digital nomad -- working online, from wherever she wants. She is still able to support and serve others, but in a way that is much more balanced and tailored to her own lifestyle.
